FIELD: woodworking wastes processing.
SUBSTANCE: plant for pyrolysis of wood pulp includes in-series connected to each other in one line pyrolysis section and cooling section, made of segments of shaped pipe of one section, which allow varying the number of segments in each of the sections and connecting them to each other. Segments of pyrolysis and cooling sections contain integrated in them chain conveyors, holes in walls, closed by removable sealed hatches, with possibility of these hatches dismantling and installation in their place in pyrolysis section – heating units, outlets of smoke removal unit and gas unit, measuring sensors, and in cooling section – outlets of smoke removal units and gas unit, measuring sensors and nozzles of nozzle main. Control module is configured to control heating of wood mass and change speed of conveyors and dosing of cooling medium.
EFFECT: providing variability of application of the installation and creation of smooth dosed movement of wood mass in stages through pyrolysis and cooling zones.
