FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of forming a roadway of a bridge structure on an orthotropic slab using a geogrid and a membrane in an asphalt concrete pavement. In the method of forming the roadway of a bridge structure, at least one metal mounting block of orthogonally intersecting longitudinal ribs and transverse beams is mounted on the orthotropic plate, which are reinforced in one level and rigidly connected by covering sheet of flooring, on which waterproofing is performed in series along the height, a buffer layer in the form of a damper membrane based on composite modified bitumen binder. Bitumen binder used is a rubber-polymer-bitumen binder “РПБВ-40” or “РПБВ-60” with a plasticity range at a temperature of not less than 130 °C or 120 °C, respectively. Geogrid is tightly glued to the membrane layer and sprinkled with hot crushed stone of fractions of more than 4 mm to 8 mm or more than 2 to 4 mm with an average consumption of 3 to 5 kg/m2 with formation of protective-adhesion layer. Then asphalt concrete coating is formed from the lower and upper layers. Lower final leveling layer is made of cast asphalt concrete, on which priming-adhesion is arranged from hot blackened crushed stone with temperature from 140 °C to 160 °C with fraction of more than 4 mm to 8 mm or more than 8 to 12 mm with average consumption of 5...7 kg/m2, then the upper layer is made of crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete. When producing blackened crushed stone, composite rubber-polymer-bitumen binder with plasticity range from −42 °C to +80 °C is used as binder.

EFFECT: improved operating conditions of the bridge floor and prevention of cracking.
