SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for making micropreparations from bile for long-term imaging for cytological examination, which consists in preparing bile, two slides, an alcohol solution of basic fuchsin and a clip for drying histological preparations, then a drop of bile is placed on one slide, a drop of an alcohol solution of fuchsin is applied and tightly covered with a second slide and several circular motions are made without separating the slides; the slides are fixed with a clamp for drying histological preparations and dried in this form.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of its multiple use for educational, research and diagnostic purposes.
