FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special equipment in the field of fluid hydrodynamics, namely to devices for investigation of process of formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) during operation of oil wells and oil transportation. Test bench for studying the process of formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits includes a working fluid tank, on top of which there is a removable cover, in which holes are made for installation of mechanical mixer, cable connecting submersible temperature sensor with sensor connection and monitoring unit, a heating device is installed in the lower part of the tank; in the side wall of the tank there are holes, in which a supply line is installed with a series-installed circulation pump, a throttle, a shut-off valve, a valve, a pressure gauge, an input temperature sensor, connected to a sensor connection and monitoring unit, and a working fluid discharge line with in-series installed output temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a flow meter, connected through a cable to a sensor connection and monitoring unit, and shutoff valves. Supply line through the adapter is connected to the transparent pipe, in which there are holes with protrusions with inserted plates with fixators, containing the analysed materials from its inner side. Controlled heating element is installed on the outer surface of the plates, which is connected to the power supply unit by means of a cable. End of the retainers adjoins the outer surface of the transparent pipe with a fixed casing with a detachable connection and an opening for inserting temperature sensors with corresponding cables connected to a unit for connecting and monitoring sensors. Other end of the transparent pipe is connected through the adapter to the branch line.

EFFECT: determination of the effect of heat flow on the intensity of formation of ARPD in wells or pipelines.
