FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: gas analytical multi-sensor chip, including a dielectric substrate with located on it coplanar strip electrodes, thermistors and heaters, wherein at least part of the surface of the electrodes and the substrate between the electrodes is coated with a gas-sensitive layer represented by a fragmented film near the percolation threshold based on aminated graphene, modified with diketonate complexes of europium, with concentration of europium ions of not less than 2 at.% and nitrogen concentration of not less than 6 at.%. Also disclosed is a method of producing a gas analytical multisensor chip.

EFFECT: invention provides high sensitivity and selectivity of detecting gases without the need to heat the gas-sensitive layer, as well as a simplified method of making a gas analytical multisensor chip.
