METHOD FOR MONITORING AND PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS OF STORAGE BATTERIES Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC H01M10/48

Abstract RU 2829034 C1

FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring and analysis of storage batteries. Voltage, temperature and current of storage batteries are measured by means of at least one measuring module made with possibility of connection to storage batteries module. Obtained data are transmitted from at least one measuring module to at least one controller connected to it. Further, data from at least one controller is transmitted to a data preprocessing module, then—to the storage battery residual capacity prediction module, where the accumulator batteries residual capacity is determined. Further, the data is transmitted to the data post-processing module, where the data of the current charge level of the accumulator batteries, the discharge time of the accumulator batteries at the current load, the degree of degradation of the accumulator batteries taking into account data on nominal characteristics of accumulator batteries and results of technical examination of the state of each accumulator battery at the stage of its commissioning, as well as data on residual capacity of accumulator batteries, obtained in prediction module of residual capacity of accumulator batteries.

EFFECT: high accuracy of predicting the behavior of storage batteries on the investigated object.
