FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flexible metal housing of a part. Electrolyte from rheological liquid is applied on metal frame in layers, each of which is converted into solid state. Wire is wound on surface of metal frame with layers of rheological liquid in solid state to create flexible metal housing of part, axis of metal frame is bent, metal frame is connected to positive pole. Flexible metal housing of the part is connected to negative pole of low-voltage current source. Voltage is increased until current instability appears on poles, process of anodic dissolution of metal frame is performed until formation of gap between flexible metal housing of part and metal frame and their separation is ensured. Metal frame is removed from flexible metal housing of the part.

EFFECT: higher quality of products and defect-free removal of metal frame from flexible metal housing.
