FIELD: agriculture; dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: device for electric treatment of fluids has casing 1 with a set of electrodes arranged one over another. The electrodes are anode disks 9 and cathode disks 6, all having central holes. The casing is a truncated cone made of some conductive material. The anodes and cathodes differ in diameter. The cathodes have peripheral flangings, and their conicity is equal to that of the casing. The upper surface of each anode is provided with a semi-permeable diaphragm made of some inert material. The bottom and side surfaces of each anode are coated, and the coat has a central insulating hole. The height of the coat side surface is equal to the semi-permeable-coated anode.
