FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: magnetoelectric machine comprises a stator winding assembly consisting of a plurality of coils, and a rotor including a plurality of upper magnets made in the form of an upper Halbach assembly, a plurality of lower magnets made in the form of a lower Halbach assembly. Winding is located between a plurality of lower and a plurality of upper magnets. Direction of magnetisation on the lower and upper Halbach assemblies is matched so that the magnetic flux created by the permanent magnets of the lower and upper assemblies is added. To achieve technical result, pole division τ=12 mm, width of permanent magnet hM=3 mm, height of permanent magnet hM>10 mm, and width of all permanent magnets in Halbach assembly is the same bM=τ/4.
EFFECT: providing maximum axial electromagnetic force related to double pole pitch.
