FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to electrical machines. Method of magnetisation and assembly of the Halbach ring rotor according to version 1 includes assembly of array of non-magnetised anisotropic segments of permanent magnet inside mounting rings of rotor, determining optimum directions of orientation of magnetisation of segments, positioning of assembled non-magnetised segments inside mounting rings of the rotor so that optimal directions of orientation of their magnetisation are aligned in direction of magnetic flux lines of the magnetising device, exciting the magnetising device with DC pulses during the optimum pulse duration. Magnetising device consists of three coils, two of which are put on permanent magnets and connected to each other, and one is located perpendicular to permanent magnet on magnetic core. Magnetisation of permanent magnets is performed by installation of coils of magnetising device and direct voltage supply. After magnetisation of permanent magnets, before compounding of ring, magnetiser is removed by disassembly of locating rings and removal of permanent magnets. Final assembly of the ring is performed by its compounding. Then detachable split rings are removed. Difference of variant 2 consists in the fact that coils of magnetising device are wound on magnets with a gap, which allows to move them from magnet to magnet, and removal of coils is performed by unwinding.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of EMF and specific power at low values of armature current of electric machine due to magnetisation and assembly of Halbach ring rotor according to optimum scheme, providing the greatest magnetic induction in zone of winding of electric machine.
