FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: linear magnetoelectric machine comprises a stator winding assembly consisting of a plurality of coils, and a rotor including a plurality of upper magnets made in the form of an upper Halbach assembly, and a plurality of lower magnets made in the form of a lower Halbach assembly. Winding is located between a plurality of lower and a plurality of upper magnets. Directions of magnetisation on the lower and upper Halbach assemblies are matched so that the magnetic flux created by permanent magnets of the lower and upper assemblies is added. To achieve the technical result, the widths of all permanent magnets bM in the Halbach assembly are the same, the pole pitch τ = 10 mm, width of permanent magnet bM = 2.5 mm, height of permanent magnet hM = 5 mm.
EFFECT: providing maximum axial electromagnetic force related to volume of active part.
