FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of lamps used for irradiation of plants. Greenhouse irradiator comprises a housing on which a mirror gas-discharge lamp is installed in a horizontal position so that the mirror coating is in the upper hemisphere of the lamp, a visor is mounted on top of the lamp, a heat-conducting element is installed between the visor and the lamp, having thermal contact both with the visor and with a part of the outer surface of the bulb in the place of the mirror coating, the lower part of the heat-conducting element has a shape that coincides with a part of the outer surface of the bulb at the point of the mirror coating of the bulb of the gas-discharge lamp; at that, the visor connected to the heat-conducting element is electrically insulated from the housing.
EFFECT: improving reliability of greenhouse irradiators with a mirror coating, made with a visor and a heat-conducting element connecting the visor and a part of the external surface of the bulb in the place of the mirror coating.
