FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-step method of producing a polymer composite material used for making articles by additive technologies. Method involves preparation of components – ABS plastic and filler(s), obtaining a prefilament with subsequent grinding, and then extrusion of the mixture. During the preparation process, the components are mechanically mixed and dried, the pre-filament is obtained using a disk extruder and ground, the extrusion process of the finished mixture is carried out on a single-screw extruder at temperature of 216-230 °C.

EFFECT: development of technology for obtaining composite material based on ABS plastic and filler(s) with improved properties and possibility of its use in method of layer-by-layer fusion of threads, which will make it possible to obtain composite filament with uniform distribution of filler in binder.
