FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for applying coatings on the inner surface of hollow articles by molecular layering. Said plant comprises the following elements: housing, inside which at the inlet and outlet there are respectively located a unit for preparation and supply of reagents and a unit for recycling excess reagents and gaseous products; indirect heating furnace is made in the form of a cylindrical shell with heating elements, inside which a rotary mechanism is installed along the furnace axis. Rotary mechanism comprises central shaft installed with possibility of rotation. Around the said shaft there arranged interconnected in technological order are: reagent distribution and input unit, a unit for fixation of processed products installed with possibility of rotation together with the central shaft, and a unit for utilization of excess reagents and gaseous products.

EFFECT: possibility of applying conformal coatings on inner surfaces of hollow articles and processing by molecular layering of more than one article at a time.
