FIELD: motion control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traffic control system at uncontrolled pedestrian crossing, marked with road signs "Pedestrian crossing". System comprises: means of detecting pedestrians, in the form of motion sensors, means of alerting drivers, in the form of LED light sources, and artificial irregularities. Artificial irregularities are integrated into the road surface. Lighting poles are equipped with thermal imaging cameras with video surveillance, video and photographic recording of vehicle speed, interactive information boards with signs “Speed limit” – 20 km/h, 40 km/h and “Artificial irregularity”. Cameras, information boards and artificial irregularities are connected to a unit for collecting, processing information and controlling signals of the system controlled by software with a neural network.

EFFECT: increased safety is achieved.
