FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create tensoresistor force sensors (TFS) with elastic elements (EE) in the form of columns of hollow and solid cylinders with different cross-sectional profiles. Tensoresistor force sensor (TFS), containing elastic element, monolithic bridge of foil strain gauges and sets of sections of adjustment resistors monolithically connected to it: resistors Rb, Rb1' for zero signal adjustment, resistors Rt1, Rt1, Rt1' for compensation of temperature drift of "zero", resistor Rt2 for compensation of temperature changes of sensitivity and resistor Rb for normalization of output signal, characterized by that sections of adjusting resistors Rt1, Rt1'and Rb, Rtb' are located across axis of elastic element, and sections of adjusting resistors Rt2, Rv—along axis of elastic element, wherein sections of resistors with different configuration have sets of different values of resistance, in each of which the threads are located in parallel with the same pitch and have the same resistance rating, and from the sections there formed are current taps from foil, terminating in contact pads, on which there are formed places for soldering of leads, limited by the area of a circle on which a silver film is applied.
EFFECT: simple technique and high accuracy of setting all parameters, possibility of using the proposed MBT topology in pressure sensors with elastic elements in the form of a hollow cylinder, high long-term stability and reliability of sensors.
