FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create noise-proof sensors for measuring forces. The sensor is made in form of a hollow cylinder, inside which a discretely distributed bridge of strain gauges is fixed, consisting of four rows of parallel resistor chains. In the first and third rows, the chains are located along the axis of the cylinder, and in the second and fourth rows, they are located perpendicular to them. The discrete-distributed bridge is made of foil in a monolithic design and fixed on an insulating adhesive substrate. Four rows of resistors are combined into a single structure using four contact pads located at the ends of the chains. Supply voltage is applied to two pads located in the diagonal of the bridge, and an output signal proportional to the measured force is taken from the other two.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the noise protection, accuracy and stability of measurements due to the discretely distributed topology of the bridge of strain gauges located in the form of a ring fixed in the middle part of the cylinder.
