FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to create acceleration sensors. Proposed accelerometer consists of a metal base, a housing, a monolithic bridge of foil tensoresistors (TR), an inertial mass (IM) and a damping medium. TR bridge rear side is fixed on base, and IM is fixed on two rows of TR threads loops. For longitudinal stability TR threads are made short, and thread loops are elongated. Sensor is equipped with two stops: one on the base, the second one – on the centre of the body. In the design of the device, calibrated adhesive films of the same area and thickness are used; wherein the damping medium used is silicone gel.
EFFECT: creation of reliable accelerometer with high accuracy.
