FIELD: construction and finishing works.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and finishing works, in particular to tools for roughing and finishing surfaces with dust removal, and can be used for treatment of plastered surfaces of building structures. Hand-held grinding device comprises base with central exhaust hole, grinding pad, air duct hinge consisting of T-shaped hollow air duct and hollow air duct installed on it and made with possibility of rotation. Plate grinding support with suction holes is fixed on the base. A manipulator in the form of a telescopic extension is connected to the hollow air duct by means of a connecting assembly, comprising a transition sleeve configured to connect a vacuum cleaner hose, valve with an air intake hole and a rotary valve installed on it to change the suction force of the polished material. Plate grinding support is fixed on base with formation of internal cavity, excluding emission of polished material, bypassing central exhaust hole. Radial through channels are made in the base, they are interconnected with suction holes and central exhaust hole.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the grinding device.
