FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for diagnosing functional changes of vasoactive status of pregnant woman with late preeclampsia. Daily blood pressure monitoring and biochemical blood analysis are performed, the results of which are used to determine maximum diastolic blood pressure, maximum systolic blood pressure, minimum systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, average systolic blood pressure, augmentation index, maximum rate of pressure rise, duration of expulsion period, level of nitrites, iNOS2, antithrombin III, thrombospondin-1 of blood serum. Derived values are compared with the standard values, and if derived 8 values and more deviate from the standard values, functional changes in the vasoactive status are diagnosed.

EFFECT: method enables prescribing the antihypertensive therapy in a timely manner and preventing unfavourable perinatal outcomes in preeclampsia, as well as its transition into a severe form by assessing a combination of the most significant parameters.
