FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to diagnose functional changes in the vasoactive status of a pregnant woman in early preeclampsia. 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (DBPM) and biochemical blood analysis are performed. Following DBPM values are determined: maximum diastolic blood pressure, maximum systolic blood pressure, minimum diastolic blood pressure, minimum systolic blood pressure, mean diastolic blood pressure, mean systolic blood pressure, aortic pulse wave velocity, augmentation index, maximum rate of pressure rise and duration of the ejection period. Following biochemical blood test values are determined: the level of nitrites, eNOS, iNOS2, large endothelin, angiotensin II and antithrombin III of blood serum. Obtained values are compared with the presented standard values. If the derived values deviate from the standard values of 14 or more, functional changes of the vasoactive status are diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables to prescribe the antihypertensive therapy in a timely manner and prevent unfavorable perinatal outcomes in preeclampsia, as well as its transition into a severe form due to evaluation of the set of the most significant indicators.
