FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used for diagnosing the severity of preeclampsia with underlying chronic arterial hypertension in pregnant women at 24–40 weeks of gestation. Method involves determining the level of systolic blood pressure (A1) before the beginning of therapy, ratio of absolute number of neutrophils to absolute number of lymphocytes (NLR) in peripheral venous blood (A2), thrombospondin-1 (A3) level and creatine kinase (A4) activity level in thrombocyte lysates with subsequent calculation of diagnostic index D by formula: D = 23.9911 – 0.066 × A1 – 8.9376 × A2 – 0.0097 × A3 – 0.0654 × A4. If D>0, moderate PE with underlying CAH is diagnosed; if D<0, severe PE with underlying CAH is diagnosed with accuracy of 88.4%.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of perinatal pathology for the mother and child and implementing a personalized approach to the management of pregnant women with PE with underlying CAH, optimizing the pregnancy management approach, timely solving the issue of delivery by assessing the aggregate of the most significant indicators.
