SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of producing a water-fuel mixture, involving preparation of a coal-water suspension containing ultrafine carbon particles, feeding a coal-water suspension and hydrocarbon fuel into the mixing chamber and heating the coal-water suspension, characterized in that preparation of coal-water suspension is carried out by mixing water or aqueous solution with particles of ultrafine carbon, saturated with a surfactant, with weight content of particles of ultrafine carbon in suspension of not less than 0.03 %, wherein coal-water suspension and hydrocarbon fuel are simultaneously supplied to mixing chamber, the mixture is heated to form superheated steam at temperature higher than boiling point of coal-water suspension, and the obtained steam-gas mixture is fed into the reaction chamber, where the mixture is heated to a temperature of not less than 500 °C until formation of a hydrogen-containing vapor-gas mixture.

EFFECT: ensuring safe use of the synthesized water-fuel mixture and improving energy efficiency of the mixture when reacting with atmospheric oxygen.
