FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of destruction, namely to artillery cartridges intended for use with small-calibre anti-aircraft artillery, and specifically to cartridges with multi-element projectiles. Small-calibre artillery cartridge with multi-element projectile of unitary loading for automatic cannons includes interconnected projectile containing ballistic tip, pressing bushing, ready striking elements (RSE) located in projectile body with copper drive device. Shell body, pressing bushing and ballistic tip are made of aluminium alloy, inner cavity of the housing is hexagonal, finished striking elements are made of cylindrical heavy tungsten alloy in the form of “ВНЖ-93” or “ВНЖ-95” and are arranged in multilayer rows by dense packing by means of compensating gaskets between the pressing bushing and RSE. Shell body is equipped with an ejector made in the form of a cylindrical piston, inside which there is a powder charge closed by a cover. Fuse of the bottom part is made in the form of a remotely controlled electronic fuse programmed at distance of 50 to 70 m for the initiation time.
EFFECT: high efficiency of action for hitting MUAV due to increase in the number of RSE, which by means of the ejector device acquire kinetic energy in the axial direction on the flight path towards the target.
