FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of medicinal preparations for the correction of bone metabolism disorders and the manufacture of biomaterials for the restoration of maxillofacial defects, and relates to a method of producing a mineral bone component from human and animal teeth. Proposed method comprises treating teeth with a hydrogen peroxide solution, demineralizing the obtained material in a hydrochloric acid solution, filtering the obtained solution through a cellulose filter, neutralizing, separation of the precipitate formed after neutralization by centrifugation and washing with distilled water, wherein the teeth are mechanically cleaned from soft tissues, food residues and plaque, without being cleaned from enamel, successively pouring with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in ratio of dental material and solution of 1:10 per day at a temperature of +2...+8 °C and an alcohol-ether mixture, containing 1 part of alcohol and 3 parts of ether, in ratio of material and mixture of 1:5 for a day at room temperature, after which each tooth is washed with distilled water and dried on filter paper, demineralization is carried out in solution of 1.8 or 2.4 N hydrochloric acid with a volume-weight ratio of the biomaterial to acid of 1:5 or 1:10 with changing the demineralizing solution once every three days, during neutralization, bringing the pH of solution to 8; precipitate separated by centrifugation is twice washed with distilled water, dried at 120 °C for 8 hours, ground to powdery state in a pharmacy mortar and sterilized.
EFFECT: method provides higher yield of the mineral bone component as compared to the prototype.
