FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to methods of producing a mineral-organic component of bone tissue, and can be used in regenerative surgery of supporting tissues for restoration and repair of their defects, as well as for preventing and treating osteoporosis. Method of producing a mineral-organic component of bone tissue is as a raw material used is a saline solution, which is a waste product of bone grafts formed after demineralization of human bone tissue, which is filtered through a paper filter, is neutralized, bringing its pH to 7.2–7.4; formed after neutralization of sediments is separated by centrifugation, washed with distilled water, after which it is again centrifuged and washed with water and phosphate buffer with pH 7.4±0.5 for 30 minutes, then washed three times with water, wherein demineralization is performed with human working tissue; after washing three times with water, obtained material is frozen at temperature of -50 °C, then lyophilized and divided into two fractions in ratio 1:1; one of the fractions is ground on a ball mill, then both fractions are uniformly mixed, packaged and sterilized by a radiation method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in optimization of production process, reduction of time and labor costs to produce a product with good regenerative potential in clinical use.
