FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the manufacture of biomaterials for regenerative medicine, and discloses a method for the simultaneous production of demineralized dentin and a mineral-organic component from teeth. The method is characterized in that healthy teeth, removed for orthodontic indications, or donor cadaver teeth of humans or animals are treated, enamel, cement are removed, near-pulp dentin is exposed, and the material is subjected to low-frequency ultrasonic treatment. Before demineralization, the condition of the material surfaces is monitored. The material is demineralized in a hydrochloric acid solution. The saline solution obtained after demineralization of the biomaterial is used to obtain a mineral-organic component: it is filtered, neutralized, the precipitate formed after neutralization is separated by centrifugation, washed three times, the resulting material is frozen, lyophilized, packaged and sterilized by the radiation method, and the demineralized dentin is washed, washed, frozen and sterilized by radiation. The method can be used in dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, regenerative surgery of supporting tissues.
