FIELD: mining machine building.

SUBSTANCE: implementation of the method involves the following steps: – carrying out triaxial compression test at different values of uniform pressure to obtain strength and modulus of deformation of rocks at different values of uniform pressure; – use of stepped loading method for creep tests of rocks at various values of uniform pressure; – in accordance with the specified value of all-round pressure and the established ratio "all-round pressure—deformation modulus" and ratio "all-round pressure—long-term strength"—obtaining deformation modulus and long-term strength at given value of all-round pressure. Then, in combination with the relation between viscoelastic characteristics and viscosity deformation modulus of the Burgers creep model, obtaining viscoelastic characteristics of the model and the creep curve.

EFFECT: possibility of determining viscoelastic characteristics of rock creep model based on deformation modulus.
