FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for quantitative evaluation of field studies of rocks mechanical role of filling mass (FM) at its interaction with rock pillars (RP) of various production purpose. Long-term instrument studies of subsidence of earth surface are performed above worked out sections of mine field with installed and non-installed access chambers in similar mining-and-geological and mining conditions. Immediately after productive formations with flexible inter-chamber RPs are worked out, shaped surveying lines on earth surface are equipped with reference points. In addition, laboratory test of rock samples the ratio of height of which to diametre is not less than 2 is conducted for compression creep at loads higher than long-term strength of rock and creep curves are built in coordinates "loading level - speed logarithm of vertical deformations", as well as for strength so that generalised strength curves are built in coordinates "horizontal stress - vertical stress". FM reaction is determined as per the specified mathematical dependence.
EFFECT: reducing labour input and cost of work, improving result reliability owing to considering geological factors and processes of interaction of filling with RP in field conditions, and more accurate solution of the control task of deformation processes of worked-out rock massifs.
