FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: laser device for selective treatment of acne comprises a laser source terminating in an optical collimator, which supplies a laser beam, wherein said laser source comprises a switch, which makes it possible to transmit pulses of said laser beam of given duration, optomechanical interface containing a lens, a focusing laser beam received from the optical collimator, optical fiber connected to said optomechanical interface. Said optical fiber has a length greater than 15 m, and said device comprises a tip connected to said optical fiber, said tip having an optical zoom system which makes it possible to change the diameter of the laser beam coming out of said tip from 0.5 to 5 mm.
EFFECT: disclosed is a laser device for selective treatment of acne with reduced skin temperature increase.
