FIELD: meat industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodders for unproductive animals and can be used for feeding dogs. Meat-and-vegetable fodder contains meat raw materials, grain raw materials, vegetable raw materials, meat-and-bone meal and culinary food salt. Fodder additionally contains a vegetable protein additive, a premix, vegetable oil and carrageenan. Meat raw material is represented by muscle tissue and/or by-products. Beef meat is used as muscle tissue. Beef and/or pork are used as by-products. Besides, vegetable raw material is represented by carrots or sugar beet pulp. Semolina or buckwheat is used as grain raw material. Vegetable protein additive used is soya and/or gluten.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance the ready product nutritional value.
