FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodders for unproductive animals. Meat-and-vegetal fodder for unproductive animals includes the following raw materials, wt.%: meat raw material 38.0-42.0, grain raw material 7.6-10.4, vegetable raw material 3.0-6.0, vegetable protein additive 1.4-2.4, meat-and-bone meal 1.1-2.1, premix 0.8-1.2, vegetable oil 0.5-0.7, culinary salt 0.2-0.8, water – the rest. Meat raw material is represented by muscle tissue and/or by-products; beef meat is used as the muscle tissue; beef and/or pork are used as by-products. Besides, vegetable raw material is represented by carrots or sugar beet pulp, while grain raw material is represented by buckwheat or rice groats. Besides, vegetable protein additive is represented by soya and/or gluten.
EFFECT: proposed meat-and-vegetable fodder as a result of combination of initial raw materials has a balanced composition as to main nutritional components, chemical composition, taste and nutritional value, ensures preservation of health and increase of life expectancy of animals.
