FIELD: ultrasonic measurement of liquid flow parameters.
SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention lies in the fact that a probing ultrasonic signal with phase code manipulation is formed in the form, e.g., of a Barker code, it is emitted into the area of the controlled flow at an angle "up" and "against" the flow, the reflected signals are received via two receiving channels "up" and " against the flow, respectively, then sequentially demodulate, amplify, detect in phase, integrate in time, digitize and measure the flight delay time of the probing signal passing through the flow through two channels, and calculate the flow speed and flow rate according to given formulas.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of liquid flow parameters.
