SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for remote sensing of the atmosphere, in particular for measuring wind speed, direction and turbulence in a given volume of a vertical-horizontal profile. The essence of the invention is that a system is built on the hardware-software principle of correlation processing of information signals reflected from meteorological formations in the atmosphere, as well as special software based on mathematical processing of the so-called “drift” method of temporary accumulation (integration over time) of measured signals at each discrete quantization of height and throughout a given volume.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measurements of wind parameters along the entire specified vertical-horizontal profile of the atmosphere.
