FIELD: agriculture; forestry; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry and agricultural machine building. Tractor hinged system (1) comprises lower draft arms (2), trailing arms (6) connected by braces (7) with lower draft arms (2), upper draft arm (3), drive levers (4), hydraulic cylinder (5) of tractor hitch (1), mounted implement hydraulic cylinder (13), three-position four-line (14) and normally closed two-line (15) hydraulic control valves controlled by pilot electromagnets, adjustable safety (16) and pressure reducing (17) valves, pneumatic-hydraulic accumulator (18), check valves (19-22), pipelines (23-32), hydraulic tank (33), connecting pressure (34) and drain ports (35). To the free ends of lower (2) and upper (3) draft arms, triangular frame (8) is hinged, on which stops (36) are rigidly installed, and on the side opposite to lower (2) and upper (3) draft arms, lower (9) and upper (10) levers are hinged, to the free ends of which frame (11) of the mounted implement is attached. Turns of lower levers (9) in vertical plane are limited by means of stops (36). Rod of hydraulic cylinder (13) of the hinged device of the implement is hinged to the lower part of frame (11) of the hinged implement, and the end of hydraulic cylinder (13) is hinged to the upper part of triangular frame (8). Piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder (13) of hinged implement by pipelines (32 and 33) by means of controlled pressure reducing valve (17) is connected both with pneumohydraulic accumulator (18) and normally closed pressure outlet of three-position four-line hydraulic control valve (14), and by means of check valve (19) with connection pressure port (34). Rod cavity of hydraulic cylinder (13) of hinged implement is connected by means of pipelines (31, 30 and 32) and check valve (21) to pneumohydraulic accumulator (18), and by means of another check valve (20) – to hydraulic tank (33). Pneumohydraulic accumulator (18) is connected to hydraulic tank (33) by means of pipelines (32 and 29) and adjustable safety valve (16). Piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder (5) of tractor hitch (1) is connected by means of pipeline (28) to pressure output of three-position four-line hydraulic control valve (14), and rod cavity of hydraulic cylinder (5) is connected by means of pipeline (27) as with drain inlet of three-position four-line hydraulic control valve (14), and by means of pipelines (24-27) and normally closed two-way hydraulic control valve (15) with drain outlet of three-position four-way hydraulic control valve (14) and connecting drain port (35).
EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption of machine-tractor unit due to recuperation of energy of working fluid, higher penetration capacity of working elements of implements and ensuring stability of their stroke at a given depth of soil treatment.
