From the first postoperative day, Cyclosporine A solution is administered orally as a part of a food mixture in concentration of 100 mg/ml and in dose of 10 mg per 1 kg of body weight once a day for the entire period of the experiment.

EFFECT: invention enables to reproduce the state of immunological tolerance in experimental animals with an RPE atrophy model for studying the biological effects of potential biomedical cell products.
