Disclosed is use of combinations Flt3L and CYFRA21-1, or Flt3L and CYFRA21-1 and AREG, or Flt3L and CYFRA21-1 and AREG and ErbB4, or Flt3L and CYFRA21-1 and AREG and CLEC2C in vitro in a biological sample obtained from a patient for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer or its precancerous stage and a corresponding set of elements and use thereof for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer or its precancerous stage.
