SUBSTANCE: method is disclosed comprising the following stages: measurement of the total expression profile or content level of one or more microRNAs obtained from one or more plasma, blood or serum samples of the subject; comparison of the total expression profile of one or more miRNAs from a plasma, blood or serum sample of the subject who is suspected to have colorectal neoplasia with the total expression profile of one or more miRNAs from a plasma, blood or serum sample of a normal subject, wherein a normal subject is a healthy person not suffering from colorectal neoplasia, where miR15b overexpression indicates the presence of colorectal neoplasia. Application of a kit for the diagnosis of colorectal neoplasia is also described, the kit comprises reagents to detect biomarkers to determine the levels of differential miR15b expression in a plasma, blood or serum sample, wherein the said miRNA overexpression indicates colorectal neoplasia.

EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of tools for diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
