FIELD: additive technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a housing of an external combustion chamber of a small-size gas turbine plant (SSGTP). Part is made from powder of stainless steel “12X18H10T” by direct laser growth with spot diameter 2–2.5 mm, roller width 1.8–2.2 mm, power 1,000–1,300 W, speed 15–22 mm/s, width offset 1.33 mm, height offset 0.6 mm and powder consumption per first roller of 13.6 g/min, on inner rollers—10.8 g/min, on the last roller—12.8 g/min. Then, turning is performed, including face cutting, finishing of outer surface and bore of diameter 312+0.052 mm to length of 4.5 mm.
EFFECT: obtaining an article with strength of 612 MPa and roughness Ra1.6.
