FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-purity aluminium compounds from the group of boehmite, gamma-, delta- or alpha--oxides of aluminium, which are used to produce industrial catalysts, as sorbents, fillers, ceramics, artificial sapphires and electrical insulators. Method involves two-step synthesis. At the same time, at the first step, a reaction is carried out between powdered aluminium, hydrogen and ethylene to form aluminium alkyls, which are subjected to distillation to separate solid and non-volatile impurities, then, the length of the alkyl chain is increased in the presence of a hydrocarbon solvent and ethylene and oxidation is carried out to obtain aluminium alkoxides or alkoxides with an admixture of aluminium alkyls. At the second stage, hydrolysis of aluminium alkoxides or alkoxides with an admixture of aluminium alkyls is carried out in the presence of carbon dioxide with pressure change from 2 to 60 atm to obtain a suspension of aluminium hydroxide in an aqueous-organic mixture, separating aluminium hydroxide from the aqueous-organic phase by filtration, thermal treatment to obtain the disclosed end products.
EFFECT: obtaining high-purity aluminium compounds.
