FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to systems for controlling reciprocating electrical machines, and can be used as part of an electric drive of a piston compressor. Linear magnetoelectric motor control system as part of the electrical complex of a low-speed long-stroke piston compressor comprises a setting unit, the output of which is connected to the first input of the comparator unit, the output of the controlled parameter calculation unit is connected to the second input of the comparator unit, comparator output is connected to input of required speed calculation unit with its output connected to frequency and voltage control unit. Outputs of frequency and voltage control unit are connected to inputs of frequency converter with microprocessor control. Power outputs of frequency converter with microprocessor control are connected to winding of linear magnetoelectric motor, which inductor is mechanically connected to piston of low-speed long-stroke piston compressor. Current measurement in motor winding is provided by current sensor, measurement of piston displacement – by displacement sensor, pressure measurement in chamber of low-speed long-stroke piston compressor – by pressure sensor. Outputs of current, displacement and pressure sensors are connected to inputs of controlled parameter calculation unit.
EFFECT: implementation of a control system providing increase in the efficiency of a linear magnetoelectric motor as part of an electrical complex of a low-speed long-stroke piston compressor, due to implementation of a given law of motion of the inductor of the linear magnetoelectric motor.
