FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Disclosed is use of a combination consisting essentially of compound 5 fluoro-2-(6-fluoro-2-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-N4[4(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]pyrimidine-4,6-diamine, having the structure of formula (I): 
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and nab-paclitaxel, for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof, an effective amount of said compound and nab-paclitaxel. Also disclosed is the use of said combination of substances in an effective amount in preparing a kit for treating pancreatic cancer.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective treatment and prolonged remission of cancer.
