FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically to a method of producing mono- and dicarbamoyl derivatives of methylene diphenyl-4,4'-diamine (MDA), which can be used in agriculture and industry as a hardener in epoxy adhesives and sealants. Method of producing desired derivatives by reacting methylene diphenyl-4,4'-diamine and urea is characterized by that the method is carried out in a melt and involves loading of calculated amounts of initial components into an ideal mixing reactor, mixing for 1 hour at pressure of 1 atm and temperature of 140 °C, cooling and discharging the reaction mixture and analysing the total content of mono- and dicarbamoyl derivatives of methylene diphenyl-4,4'-diamine.
EFFECT: providing a method of producing carbamoyl derivatives of urea, as well as increasing output of end products.
