FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for producing microgreens, according to which microgreen seeds are soaked in running water for 2 hours, the "Super mikoriza" preparation is added, the seeds are mixed and planted on a pre-wetted jute substrate for germination, subsequent irradiation of germinated seeds is carried out with continuous combined exposure to ultraviolet light, far red light and photosynthetically active radiation at radiation intensity 148.0 mcmol/m2⋅s, wherein photosynthetic part of spectrum is 134.1 mcmol/m2⋅s. Temperature during the radiation period in daytime is 24-26 °C, and at night 18-20 °C at day length of 16 hours, and air humidity 70-75%.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain microgreens with high nutritive and biological value.
