SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method for activation of germination of wheat seeds with germatranol under LED lighting, wherein the seeds are treated with an aqueous solution of 0.0001 % germatranol for 2 hours, followed by sowing and germination under standard conditions for temperature and moistening of seeds for 7 days when exposed to narrow-band illumination with LEDs of green light LED GL with wavelength of 525 nm in low intensity mode of 1.44 mcmol m-2⋅s-1 at the level of the substrate with seeds.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase germination capacity, quality of wheat seedlings.
