SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for training the technical and tactical actions of sportsmen in competitive sports and can be used in training of football, hockey and basketball players. Method of training is carried out on the field with a light-dynamic illumination. Light-allocated zones that are forbidden to find a sportsman and/or sports equipment simulate the opposition of rival players and, moving around, interfere with the movement of the sportsman. Sportsmen assesses the simulated game situation, commensurates his technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of the movement of forbidden zones and makes a groundmoves of forbidden light zones, simulating rivals. Balanced mode of physical and intellectual load is set, in which a predetermined number of forbidden light-dynamic zones of a set diameter are moved on the playing ground. Their movements are predictable for the sportsman. Predictability of changes in the game situation is determined by the software and hardware complex, which moves the light zones with straight lines until they collision with the boundaries of the training area and/or with each other. Complex program moves the zones as an imitation of impact interactions of absolutely elastic bodies of equal mass in accordance with the existing laws of mechanics. Depending on the preparedness of the sportsman and training tasks, the diameter, number and speed of the forbidden zones are set. Sportsman's task is to perform groundmoves of the zones while moving to the training area specified by the training schedule. Speed of movement of forbidden zones is set by the trainer in manual mode, correction of input data of the hardware and software complex during training, depending on the speed and quality of performance of technical and tactical actions of the sportsman on the playing ground.
