FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I') or an optical isomer, a geometric isomer, a deuterated derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which have inhibitory activity on ATM kinase. Values of substitutes Y, R4, R5, R6, R7, L, A, W, h, t1 and t2 in formula (I') are given in the claim. Invention also relates to specific compounds of formula (I'), a pharmaceutical composition containing said compounds, use thereof to produce an ATM kinase inhibitor and a drug for preventing and/or treating a disease at least partially mediated by ATM kinase, their use in combination with an anticancer agent for treating cancer, methods for preparing them and intermediate compounds.
EFFECT: class of condensed ring compounds and their production and use are disclosed.
