SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely, to a hydrogel patch and to a method for production thereof. Hydrogel patch contains: a hydrogel consisting of a mixture of phase A consisting of a crosslinking agent and purified water, phase B consisting of an organic polymer and a polyatomic alcohol, and phase C consisting of a pH-regulating agent and purified water; and a filling solution consisting of a mixture of phase D consisting of a humidifier and purified water, phase E consisting of a thickening agent and polyatomic alcohol, and phase F consisting of a pH-regulating agent and purified water. Hydrogel composition A is filled with the filling solution of composition C, and hydrogel composition B is filled with the filling solution of composition D taken in a certain ratio.

EFFECT: possibility of producing a hydrogel patch capable of controlling the synaeresis of the contained hydrogel in order to improve transdermal delivery of the active ingredient, and exhibiting good physical properties such as gelling capacity, composition stability, and tactile sensation.
