FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a nucleic acid molecule containing in the direction of transcription 5' → 3': (a) a promoter, (b) a transcribed nucleic acid sequence or a nucleic acid sequence for introducing a transcribed nucleic acid sequence, and (c) a nucleic acid sequence an acid which, when transcribed under the control of promoter (a), encodes a 3' untranslated region of the transcript that is not naturally associated with the nucleic acid (b). Also disclosed is a method for producing RNA, involving the use of the above molecule, as well as a method for producing a peptide or protein. The invention also relates to the use of the above RNA in a method for reprogramming somatic cells into cells for transfection of a host cell, as well as for vaccination.
EFFECT: invention is effective for improving the stability and efficiency of translation.
