FIELD: data processing; cleaning equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of intelligent equipment, in particular to cleaning equipment and a method of detecting contaminants for cleaning equipment. Said cleaning equipment comprises cleaning unit (10), which is used to clean the cleaned surface; detection device (20), which is used to determine the value of the physical property of cleaning unit (10); processor (30), which is electrically connected to detection device (20) and is used to obtain value of physical property determined by detection device (20), and determining the degree of contamination of the cleaned surface by the value of the physical property, as well as setting the cleaning mode on the cleaning equipment depending on the degree of contamination. Value of physical property of cleaning unit (10) of cleaning equipment in this invention is measured by means of detection device (20), processor (30) determines the degree of contamination of the cleaned surface based on certain values of physical properties, so that information on the cleaned surface can be provided to the cleaning equipment for cleaning, providing intelligent cleaning of the surface.
